Our Story

Eastern Site Supply (ESS) was founded in 2015 by Gary Wade, a veteran union laborer with Local 22. Gary gained valuable experience working on some of Massachusetts’ most significant projects, including the Big Dig, Trinity Church and a 20-floor remodel at the Prudential Center. Through these experiences, Gary has become an expert on the unique challenges associated with projects of any size and scope. He understands firsthand the importance of on-time delivery and how those deliveries impact both productivity as well as a company’s revenues and reputation.

This insight, combined with the team’s deep industry experience, drives ESS’s commitment to providing experience and service faster than any other supplier in Greater Boston. As a result of this commitment, the company has grown quickly and now services MA, CT, VT, NH, and ME. ESS recently expanded its warehouse space to a 20,000 square-foot building in Woburn, allowing it to stock a greater variety and quantity of products. Our slogan, "Service that shows," simply conveys our standard of commitment and dependable service to our customers.

ESS delivers the products customers need, when and where they need them, throughout Greater Boston and the New England area. Independently owned and operated, ESS is affiliated with the American Rental Association (ARA), STAFDA, Distributed Partners of America (DPA) Buying Group, and ISSA (Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association).

Meet Our Team

Gary Wade

President, founded Eastern Site Supply (ESS) in 2015 bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to ESS, Gary worked for many years as a union laborer for Local 22; some of his projects included the Big Dig, Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library.
Chris Hould

Vice President of Operations, manages the day-to-day operations and finances for ESS. With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and operations, Chris has also held leadership positions with Cambridge Tool & Manufacturing and Speen & Co.
Patrick Lovett

Vice President of Sales, works directly with customers, leveraging his deep product knowledge to support their projects. PJ began his career as a delivery driver for a tool supplier and brings more than a decade of experience in sales to ESS.

Amy Bucci

Marketing Coordinator and Administrator, brings experience in the construction industry and in social media and digital marketing to ESS. She works closely with Chris and manages the marketing efforts at ESS.
Larry Rodgers

Sales Manager, brings 20 years of construction and sales experience to his role as Sales Manager with ESS. Larry is a veteran of leading construction supply firms throughout the United States and Canada, and is recognized for his work ethic, loyalty, and deep industry knowledge.
Tony Sok

Warehouse Manager, brings 16 years of construction experience to his role as Warehouse Manager at ESS where he manages shipping and receiving, deliveries, and trucking routes. He leads the ESS warehouse staff as a single unit working together. Tony is OSHA and forklift certified.

Eddie Whitney

Driver / Warehouse, has worked in construction delivery for more than 25 years. In his role at ESS Eddie values proficiency and punctuality and his stellar reputation in the field makes him highly valued among ESS customers. Eddie holds CDL and hydraulics licenses and is OSHA-certified.
Zachary Whitney

Driver / Warehouse, joined ESS in 2015 and helps to deliver materials to customers and stock the warehouse. Zach is an integral part of the logistics chain that enables ESS to deliver the supplies customers need, when and where they need them.
Joe Tardiff

Driver / Warehouse, enjoys long walks with his dog and being as member of the ESS Team.

Stephen Maggiacomo

Driver / Warehouse, new to the construction field, Stephen understands the importance of delivering supplies to the customers and jobsites in a timely manner.
Ryan Craig

Inside Sales/Support, is dependable and punctual as a driver for ESS, and assists where he can in the warehouse.
Trevor Montes

Inside Sales/Support - Trevor has worked in construction for two years as a union laborer. He understands the importance of delivering order efficiently and providing the best experience for our customers.

Jayden Towle

Driver/Warehouse - Jayden is new to the construction supply business and helps out in the warehouse picking orders and loading trucks.
